Ninja Training for All Ages

At The Ninja’s Edge, we believe everyone should have access to the joys and benefits that ninja training provides. That’s why we’re proud to offer a variety of different programs aimed at different age and experience levels.

Below, we’ll explain which program is right for you depending on your age. We hope to see you in the gym!

ninja training for all ages in Michigan

Different Age Levels

Our youth programs are designed for kids between the ages of 3 and 15. We split the youth training classes into four different age categories: Preschool Ninjas (3-4 years old), Nano Ninjas (5-7 years old), Novice Ninjas (7-10 years old), and Power Ninjas (10-14 years old).

As children get older, we’ll be asking them to challenge themselves. In our Preschool and Nano Ninjas programs, for instance, the focus is on making friends and listening to instructions. At the Novice and Power levels, we’ll also be trying to reach various physical goals, like the ability to create and stop a swing.

Once you’re 15 years old, you’ll be eligible for our adult programs. This includes the open gyms, the boot camp, and the adult team. Please note that people who are 15-17 years old will need parental consent in order to participate in adult programs.

Do I Need Previous Experience?

Absolutely not! Everyone starts somewhere, and we’re always happy to help people discover the joys of ninja training.

If you’re an adult trying this for the first time, our boot camp instructors will make sure to tailor your activities to what you’re currently comfortable with.

If you’d prefer, you may also simply want to visit our gym and explore the equipment for yourself. We have more ninja training equipment than any other gym in Plymouth MI!

If you’re a minor, each of our programs are designed to ensure that newcomers can have a good time.

That said, we’re also ready for more experienced ninjas who are looking for a challenge. Along with the various age groups, we have three programs that focus more on skill level: Ninja Masters 1, 2, and 3. In order to enter these programs, you’ll need to be able to pass a skills test.

What If I Have a Medical Condition?

If you have a medical condition and you’re worried it may affect your safety in the gym, you should speak with your doctor.
